Book Online FAQ

It is very simple to book one of our portable routers. You only have to fill in a form indicating your travel dates, countries you are going to visit, your country of residence and personal data. You can also include some extras to your booking like additional batteries, car charger, etc.

We recommend you book as soon as possible in order to ensure the portable hostpost wifi availability, especially for June, July, August and September. Moreover, if you book the wifi over 10 days in advance, delivery and return costs can be free of charge. Check this fact in our booking form of one of our portable wifi hotspot.

You can pay your reservation with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc) or with PayPal. Our servers implement the most developed security systems in order to guarantee payments done by credit card.

We don’t require an advance deposit, avoiding thus to have your money with held during your trip. In the unlikely event you don’t return the wifi device or is found in bad conditions, we would penalise you with 80€ to your credit card. However, you don’t have to worry because this is highly unlikely.

If you are going to travel to several countries, you can stay connected during the whole trip thanks to AlldayInternet. The price will depend on the countries you need to combine and your data plan, but in the vast majority of cases the price will be the same for one country or several countries.

Do I need a router wifi or several of them?

You will normally use only one Internet router wifi, however sometimes we send two routers, including simple instructions regarding the country where you will have to use them. You shouldn’t worry about this issue because we are in charge of providing you all the necessary devices in order to stay connected to the internet on your trip.

Our servers are secure and incorporate a SHA-256 certificate with RSA encrypt issued by Thawte, Inc. All your data is protected and will never be shared with third parties or use fraudulently. We take special care of data security.

Pick Up FAQ

Our delivery logistics depends on the country you are going to visit and your place of residence; one of the locations have to be located within the European Union:

  • There are two options if you live in the European Union:
    • The device is delivered to your home address two or three days before starting the trip.
    • If the country you are going to visit belongs to the European Union, we can deliver the package to that country.
  • If you don’t live in the European Union:
    • You travel to a European country. We can deliver the package at the hotel, company or rental house of any European country you have chosen to visit.
    • You travel to a non-European country. We are sorry. We don’t provide service outside the European Union.

Examples:

If you live in Germany and you travel to France:

  • We can deliver the device at your home address in Germany, 2 or 3 days before your departure.
  • We can deliver the device at the hotel or any other accommodation you have chosen to stay in France.

If you live in the USA and you travel to Spain:

  • We deliver the portable hotspot wifi at the hotel in Spain.

If you live in the UK and you travel to Argentina:

  • We deliver the portable hotspot wifi at your home address in the UK.

If you live in Mexico and you travel to USA:

  • Ops!. This option is not available. It is necessary to be located within the European Union (your country of residence or the country you are going to visit).

 

Delivery and return price may depend on each country; it may be free of charge for several countries if you book the pocket router wifi 10 days in advance. Our booking process includes information regarding all different possibilities, delivery and return prices. Visit our booking form.

 

How many days in advance will the pocket wifi hotspot arrive?

-If the package is delivered at a hotel, the delivery will be made between 1 and 3 days before your arrival, therefore your router will be waiting for you and so you will avoid expensive roaming fees.

-If the package is delivered at a private address, the delivery will be made the same day as the booking starts and you will have to pick it up. If you wish to receive it between 1 and 3 days before your arrival you should let us know; bear in mind someone must be at the house in order to collect the package.

Delivery price depends on your country of origin, country of residence and booking time in advance.

Could it be free?

Yes, of course. You have to book at least 10 days in advance before starting the trip. Free shipping is not available in all countries. The best way to make sure is by filling our booking form where you will find all options and prices available.

 

Return FAQ

After finishing your trip you have to return the portable router wifi and therefore our agreement will conclude until your next trip.

We have several types of returns depending on your country of residence, countries you are going to visit, etc… With the aim of having the most affordable shipping service and even free in many cases, our software will choose the best conditions to meet your needs.

Returns can be made in a regular mail post, courier or by your own ways. You will receive clear and simple instructions so you can easily return the package.

Follow instructions found in our booking form and our intelligent software will show you the return options available for your reservation as well as the price of every option. The price can be free in many cases if reservation is made 10 days in advance.

We don’t request a deposit in advance with the aim of not having your money withheld, however if you don’t return the portable hotspot wifi you will be charged with 80€ to your credit card.

In case you forget to return it using the alternatives provided by us, you will have to return it by your own means via urgent transport.

Extremely simple:

 

  • Turn on the portable hotspot wifi
  • Wait a few seconds to have all lights are stabilised and have turned green colour.
  • Look for a Wifi network called AlldayInternet in your mobile, laptop or tablet.
  • Connect to this network and enter the password you will find in the customer receipt located in your package.
  • Congratulations!!!!. Now you are really to surf the net abroad without having to pay expensive roaming fees.

There is a great variety of data plans and you shouldn’t have any problem by making a normal use of Internet. However, if you use all data plan you can recharge a new data plan*.

 

Do you automatically charge the overconsumption?

No, never. We send you emails when reaching 50%, 75%, 90% and 100%* of consumption. When reaching 100% you will not be able to make use of the internet and we will not add additional charges. You will decide if you wish to recharge a new data plan of 1GB, 3GB, 5GB or 10GB.

 

How do I recharge my data plan?

You can recharge it through our free app for IPhone and Android or through our website by clicking the links provided to you in the emails regarding your consumption.

 

How do I keep consumption in control?

You can monitor your consumption* at all times by only entering your booking code in our free app for IPhone and Android.

 

*Not available in China.

Yes, you can easily extend it through our app for IPhone and Android by using the links you will find in the email regarding end of booking sent to you one day before you finish your trip.

You can also extend it with the help of our Customer service.

You will receive a package with a portable hotspot wifi and a charger to charge the battery of the router which lasts approximately 5 hours; this is why it is advisable to rent an additional battery.

Hired Data Plan

Depending on the country or countries you are going to travel to, several data plans are available to meet your needs. You can recharge all data plans while travelling in case you consumption is finished.

Data plans range from 1GB, 2GB, 3GB, 5GB or 10GB with highest speed and connection quality 3G/4G/LTE.

 

Can I connect any device?

Yes. You can connect any device that can be connected to Wifi: Smartphones, iPad, tablets, laptops, PSP, etc…

 

Can I share my data plan?

Of course. All devices connected to the router will share the same data plan. You can connect up to 8 devices simultaneously.

 

We are sorry to tell you that there is no real unlimited internet service available on the market.

You can see this option in other websites from other companies; however we let you know that this is just a way to attract clients. This fact can be easily proven in many cases. If you read the terms and conditions of one of the companies you will realise that unlimited internet is called “200MB per day”. Other companies indicate that after consuming 2GB the speed is reduced to 64Kb/s with which is impossible to surf the net, or even to send a simple Whatsapp, etc. Other companies carry out an automatic charge to your credit card when the limit is exceeded.

 

We don’t like this type of policies, therefore we can’t offer you unlimited internet. All our data plans are real, with quality connection and a very affordable price. Moreover, we will never charge you anything automatically.

If you travel to several countries: You will only need one data plan in the vast majority of cases, however in other cases you may have to get two data plans. You can check this fact as well as the prices of data plans available for your trip in our booking form.

We can call you if you prefer. You only have to enter your data in this contact form and we will contact you as soon as possible. We recommend you include your local time and the time you wish to be called.

If you finally cancel your trip we return 75% of the price of your reservation if the portable hotspot wifi hasn’t been sent yet. On the contrary, we will not able to have the money returned because the operative cost to return your wifi package is normally higher than your booking and sometimes is not even possible to return it.

 

What if the device doesn’t work?

In the unlikely event that the device doesn’t work or there is any problem with it, we return the total amount of each day you can’t make use of the pocket router wifi (mifi).

 

What if the device arrives late?

We work closely with several transport companies and we send the package with enough time in advance to avoid this inconvenience. However, in the case the device arrives late, we return the total amount of the days you can’t make use of your connection abroad without roaming fees.

 

What if I don’t pick up the package?

If you don’t pick up the package we don’t return the money because we will have to start the complex return process.
